🐾 Pet Food Pantry Guidelines

By submitting a request to host an Eastside Pawject Pet Pantry (“Pantry”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Submitting a request does not guarantee that a pantry will be placed at your location.
   
• Eastside Pawject reserves the right to approve, deny, or withdraw approval for any pantry location at its sole discretion and at any time, for any reason.
   
• Site approval may be withdrawn if the property, location, or surrounding circumstances are deemed unsuitable or inconsistent with Eastside Pawject’s mission or safety standards.
   

• With your consent, Eastside Pawject may install a pantry post and or box on your property.
   
• You grant Eastside Pawject and its volunteers permission to access the property as needed for installation, maintenance, restocking, or removal of the pantry.
   
• You understand that installation involves minor digging, placement of posts, and/or securing of the pantry box to the property.
   

• Eastside Pawject, its volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any property damage, loss, or injury arising from the installation, maintenance, presence, or removal of a pantry.
   
• Property owners assume all responsibility for the condition of their property and release Eastside Pawject from any and all claims related to the pantry’s presence or use.
   

• Eastside Pawject may remove or relocate a pantry at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to safety, misuse, property concerns, or organizational needs.
   
• Property owners may also request removal of a pantry at any time. Eastside Pawject will make reasonable efforts to remove the pantry within a timely manner.
   

• Eastside Pawject reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
